In response to this time of uncertainty, I wanted to offer something that would help my community. So I gathered a collection of digital resources like guided video meditations, affirmations, and teachings to help you stay mindful and centered.

What is Centering?
How often do you find yourself distracted, scattered, and unfocused during your day? How often do you feel swept away by the chaos around you?
Centering redirects our focus inward. In centering, we seek an inner landscape that is more peaceful and calm.
Affirmations for Centering
New for you? Affirmations are not a wish or a dream for the future. You say an affirmation as though it is already true right now.
Because the words may not ring true for you yet, they may sound funny or a bit false when you start. That's a good sign. Be mindful. Let yourself feel the discord between you and the words. That is the distance that you have to travel before the affirmation is true for you.
Affirmations not only reinforce the positive of what we want, they reveal the truth of how we really are in the present moment. Meet yourself with kindness.
Peace Wave Meditation

It can be hard to stay centered during chaotic times. When we feel disconnected, we can refocus our awareness to find a sense of our inner selves again.
As an added bonus in this meditation, you will explore your energetic subtle body by tracing your imaginary midline from your root chakra to your crown.
Feeling Into Your Breath Meditation

Let’s practice turning off our busy minds, awakening our senses, and feeling into the sensations of our breathing. We can connect with our bodies and become more “at home” in our physical selves to feel a profound sense of calm and relaxation.
