What does it mean to you to check in with yourself: body, heart, and spirit?
During our busy days, we may notice that we have wandered away from ourselves. We get pulled into distractions and we feel disconnected from our body signals, our emotions, and our intuition.
Checking in with ourselves returns us back home so that we can live mindfully embodied, in touch with our feelings, and open to receiving messages from our inner wisdom.
