What would it feel like to ground, open your heart, and release what you no longer need?

As we move deeper into Fall this month, it's time to find our feet, slow down, open into gratitude, and release.

What does it mean to you to check in with yourself: body, heart, and spirit?

During our busy days, we may notice that we have wandered away from ourselves. We get pulled into distractions and we feel disconnected from our body signals, our emotions, and our intuition.

What would it feel like to take a deep rest and find balance in yourself?

As we move toward Fall Equinox this month, we begin to focus on finding balance in our lives after the hustle and heat of summer.

What does balance mean to you?

To me, balance feels like an inner harmony. When I'm balanced, I feel centered in myself and grounded. I move at my own pace, connected to my internal rhythms. I flow with life.
