Making a Home Inside Yourself
I have recently fallen in love with a glorious poem.
It reminds me of the spiritual practice of turning inward to find comfort in oneself. I shared the poem and my themed guided meditation with my weekly healing meditation group The Imperfect Circle and we had a powerful experience. I'm offering it as this month's free meditation for our community.Â

How to Feel Supported
When we feel supported by the world around us, our feet have wings. We find it easier to move with the flow of life and our mindset is positive and light.
But sometimes, we can't seem to connect to the support that is all around us.Â
Uncertainty and stress pull us into negativity. And that negativity makes us feel like we are on our paths alone.
But, we are not alone. We are surrounded by wisdom, light, and love.
"If you knew Who walked beside you at all times;
On this Path ...

It only takes a few minutes of mindful breathing to come back home to yourself. Our breath guides us back. It is the bridge that connects mind and body. So it you are feel a bit disconnected, meditate with me right now and we will gently come back into balance and connection with ourselves.

Happy Spring Equinox!
How can we softly shift into Spring when we still feel the sleepiness of Winter?
Spring is here but that doesn’t mean that we instantly feel energized and renewed. Sometimes it’s hard to transition between the energies of the seasons.
You may feel like you are stumbling around in early Spring trying to get your bearings. Your body still wants to rest. And your heart longs to heal.
My heartfelt advice is to allow yourself time to shift and transition energetically.
Rest when y...
Life continually feels busy and sometimes in response, we feel like we have to work really hard and put in a lot of effort into getting things done.
Because "working hard" becomes default mode for most of us, it's natural that that pattern tries to creep into our spiritual practices too.
One of the best gifts that we can give to ourselves is to protect our inner work from this mindset.
We work hard enough in life - meditation can be a soft place, a place of deep rest and a place of allowing.

An attitude of gratitude doesn't have to be cliche. Let's make it real together.
Spontaneous gratitude is an infrequent visitor. We feel it when someone gives us a compliment or a little gift. We experience it when we someone goes out of their way for us. We feel special and seen. We touch the love in our hearts.
But there is another way to feel gratitude without waiting for it to surprise us. We can access a grateful state of being by practicing gratitude. Â
How does a gratitude meditation ...
What would it feel like to ground, open your heart, and release what you no longer need?
It's time to find our feet, slow down, open into gratitude, and release.
What does it mean to you to check in with yourself: body, heart, and spirit?
During our busy days, we may notice that we have wandered away from ourselves. We get pulled into distractions and we feel disconnected from our body signals, our emotions, and our intuition.
Checking in with ourselves returns us back home so that we can live min...

What would it feel like to take a deep rest and find balance in yourself?
What does balance mean to you?
To me, balance feels like an inner harmony. When I'm balanced, I feel centered in myself and grounded. I move at my own pace, connected to my internal rhythms. I flow with life.
Most often, we notice when we are out of balance. We feel physical discomfort or emotional upset. We feel off center, out of alignment, and out of sorts.
Want to find balance with me?
This month, I'm offering something ...
In this 15 minute guided meditation, you can have a mini-vacation and feel refreshed and energized.
Sometimes, you just need a trip to the beach :)
